Conditions that you accept when you shop with us.
5.1 Seller shall have the right to refuse any orders from Customer with or without cause or explanation, and Seller shall not be held liable for the refusal of any such order.
5.2 Subject to Sections 4.6 and 10, Customers may cancel their orders for a refund of the amount charged only if payment has not been processed.
5.3 Subject to Sections 4.6 and 10, and any applicable laws and regulations, once payment has been processed, Customer may not cancel or return such order.ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
5.4 Any request for cancellation may be made by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org. Seller shall not be held liable for any reason if it does not receive the Customer's cancellation request, whether online or via email.
5.5 No rescheduling of orders by Customer will be allowed.
5.6 Customer may have other rights, which vary from state to state and country to country. These terms and conditions do not exclude such rights or limit them. Customer’s statutory rights are unaffected. Some states and countries do not allow for certain restrictions to be placed on returns, refunds and/or cancellation of orders, so certain of the above limitations, exclusions and/or asymmetrical terms may not apply to Customer, depending on the relevant jurisdiction. If adjudged invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, such term(s) shall be severable without affecting the validity of the other terms herein.
5.6.1 For Customers from South Korea: Where Customers have entered into a contract with Seller for the purchase of products, they may withdraw from such contract for any reason within 7 days of receiving such products. However, Customers cannot return or exchange products where such products are delivered in any of the following cases: (i) if loss and/or damage of such product may be attributed to the Customer; (ii) if the value of such product has decreased significantly due to the Customer’s use or consumption; or (iii) if the value of the product has decreased significantly enough to make it difficult to resell over time.
5.6.2 For Customers from Taiwan R.O.C.: Where Customers have entered into a contract with Seller for the purchase of products, they may withdraw from such contract for any reason within 7 days of receiving such products, except where such products fall into one or more of the following categories: (i) goods which are liable to deteriorate, with fairly short shelf life, or expire rapidly at the time of rescission of the contract; (ii) goods made to Customer’s specifications or that are clearly personalized; (iii) newspapers, periodicals or magazines; (iv) sealed audio, video recording or computer software which has been unsealed after delivery; (v) digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium, or online services which would be fully performed once begun, with Customer’s prior consent; (vi) sealed personal hygiene products which have been unsealed after delivery; or (vii) international airline passenger services.
5.6.3 For Customers from the United Kingdom: Customers have the right to cancel their orders or return products for any reason, within their statutory rights. To cancel an order or return a product purchased from Seller, Customers must inform Seller of their intent to cancel or return within 14 days of the date that Customers acquired physical possession of such product. Customers can notify Seller by sending an email to email@example.com. Once Seller is notified, Customers must return such product with the original receipt, original packaging and its included accessories to Seller. Customers have a further 14 days after indicating their intent to cancel or return to then return such product or arrange for its collection. Once Seller receives such product or proof that it has been shipped, Seller will provide Customers with a refund based on the original payment method within 14 days. Seller will refund the costs paid by Customers for delivery of such product to Customers, except for any express delivery costs (when standard delivery was not selected). Customers have to bear the costs of returning such product to Seller.
